Owner Tony Rika became a pizza chef at the age of 16 in Rome, Italy and later honed his skills at iconic neighborhood pizza institutions in New York City—Seven Brothers in Brooklyn, Angelo’s in Little Italy, and Ray’s in Manhattan.

Tony is now passing down the art of hand-tossed New York style pizza to the next generation.

Although many customers first come to experience our pizza, they soon discover our excellent classic Southern Italian pastas and entrées as well.

Lizzano’s invites you to bring along your favorite wine or beer—purchased at supermarket prices—to enjoy with your favorite Lizzano’s dish.

That means real value for our customers. In fact, we’ve done the math. A typical dinner for two at Lizzano’s with BYOB wine costs less than half the price of the same dinner with wine at one of four nearby national Italian chain restaurants.
